Out of all the rock songs in the world, Twice as Hard by the Black Crowes, is the one that gets me the most excited about playing the guitar. I love the opening riff, how the nitty-gritty tone of the lead guitar is a perfectly complementary to the lead singer’s iconic vocal timber, and the general IN-YOUR-FACE-ROCK feel.

If you want to know why I want to play the guitar, it’s because of the idea that maybe someday I’ll be able to play a song that gets other people as excited as I get when I hear this song…
